Week #4 - Montreal & Quebec City, Canada

Week #4
Montreal & Quebec City, Canada
We took a little trip this past weekend to Montreal for my sons basketball tournament (1st photo below is my son #10 dribbling the ball) and then we headed over to Quebec City for the Winter Carnival. The weather was cold, high of 10 degrees, low in the negatives and we braved the weather to enjoy the festivities. I wanted to capture a few photos for this weeks blog to showcase what I found to be the most interesting features of Quebec City. Among all of those photos I took the following are a few of my favorites that I wanted to share.

2nd photo - Ice Palace at the Carnival
3rd photo - Snow Sculpture of Apple eating apple with core, my favorite among many very cool snow sculptures.
4th photo - A cafe along the old Quebec City path
5th photo - An Inukshuk - you find statues like this all over Canada
6th photo - An alley down the streets of old Quebec City.
